RMM Attorneys’ 2012 Speaking & Teaching Engagements

On May 8, 2012, Jim Moose and Tiffany Wright will participate as speakers in the 2012 Annual Conference of the Association of Environmental Professionals in Sacramento.  Jim will be one of three speakers on a panel entitled, “Bag the Plastic: State and Local Efforts to Restrict Plastic Bag Use.”  Tiffany will be speaking on “What Traffic Engineers Should Know About CEQA”. 

 Tiffany Wright will also be joining a panel of Sacramento-area attorneys discussing environmental law topics on May 9, at the Association of Environmental Professionals Conference.

On May 11, 2012, Brian Plant will participate as a speaker in the 2012 Annual National Mitigation & Ecosystem Banking Conference in Sacramento.  Brian will be one of three speakers on a panel entitled, “Users/Customers-Needs & Challenges” with his focus “Bank User Regulatory Hurdles and What it Means to Mitigation Banks”.
