SF Board of Supervisors Upholds EIR and Approval of Expansion of SF Museum of Modern Art

On January 10, 2012, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors upheld the certification of the Environmental Impact Report for the proposed expansion of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.  The Board’s decision clears the way for City approval of the final design.  Whit Manley advised SFMOMA with respect to CEQA compliance issues.
