Ponte Palermo II – El Dorado County
The Ponte Palermo project includes a 90-unit community care and assisted living facility with an on-site clubhouse, swimming pool, and other amenities. RMM represents Cameron Park Senior Living, LLC, and its consultant team.
The project involves the proposed donation of land to the Pine Hill Preserve for the preservation of rare and endangered plants and plant habitat, among numerous other mitigation measures.
