Sonoma Developmental Center

RMM represents Eldridge Renewal, LLC, the project applicant seeking to redevelop the Sonoma Developmental Center, a former facility for people with developmental disabilities. Eldridge Renewal submitted a pre-application under the “Builder’s Remedy” for the development of 990 residential units (including 200 affordable units), neighborhood commercial uses and public amenities, and a 150-room boutique hotel.
