RMM has represented the Yuba County Water Agency for more than 20 years in complex litigation and regulatory matters involving the Endangered Species Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and CEQA—protecting critical water supply infrastructure while navigating layered federal and state environmental requirements.
RMM currently represents Yuba County Water Agency as a Plaintiff and Intervenor-Defendant in federal litigation challenging a Biological Opinion governing operations on the Yuba River and its effects on protected species, including Central Valley spring-run Chinook salmon, Central Valley steelhead, and the southern Distinct Population Segment of North American green sturgeon.
