Sierra Vista Specific Plan

RMM served as outside counsel to the landowner group that secured approval of the Sierra Vista Specific Plan from the City of Roseville. The 1,624-acre Specific Plan authorizes a comprehensive mix of uses, including approximately 6,650 residential units; 215 acres of commercial and office development; 60 acres of public and quasi-public uses; 267 acres of open space; 14 acres of paseos; and 90 acres of parks—making it one of the largest master-planned communities approved in the region.

RMM advised on overall entitlement strategy, environmental review, and coordination with City staff and decision-makers to secure discretionary approvals for this complex, multi-phase project and to position the community for long-term, phased implementation.
