Several RMM attorneys will help teach the annual Advanced CEQA Workshops put on by the Association of Environmental Professionals around the state. Laura Harris will co-teach the San Jose session on February 15th. Whit Manley will be a panelist in the Ventura session on February 21st. Jim Moose will be one of the presenters in San Luis Obispo on February 22nd. Tiffany Wright and Chris Stiles will teach in Oakland and West Sacramento, respectively, on February 27th. Elizabeth Pollock will be a panelist at the Eureka session on March 1st.
On March 8, 2019, Jim Moose will be one of two lecturers in a day-long course entitled, CEQA Update, Issues and Trends, put on by UC Davis Extension in Sacramento.
Tiffany Wright will join Gary Jakobs of Ascent Environmental and Ron Milam of Fehr & Peers on a panel at the AEP Conference in Monterey on March 24th to discuss implementing SB 743 and VMT guidance.
Sabrina Teller will join Curtis Alling of Ascent Environmental and Kathryn Tobias of the California Department of Parks and Recreation at the 2019 California Trails and Greenways Conference in San Diego on April 24th to discuss the recent updates to the CEQA Guidelines.
Andee Leisy will present a Land Use and CEQA Litigation Update at the League of California Cities’ 2019 City Attorneys’ Spring Conference, on May 8, 2019 in Monterey.
