RMM partners Sabrina Teller and Christina “Nina” Berglund will speak at the 2026 APA California Conference, taking place October 3–6, 2026, at the JW Marriott LA Live.

Their session, “If It’s Not in the Record, It’s Not the Story: Building a Defensible Administrative Record,” will examine the legal requirements for preparing administrative records in CEQA and land use matters. Sabrina and Nina, joined by Tanya Jones of Ascent, will offer practical guidance on developing a clear, defensible record that supports agency decision-making and withstands judicial review.

The session will be held Monday, October 5, from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. and is eligible for 1.25 Law CM credits.
