Port of Los Angeles

RMM provides ongoing environmental and regulatory counsel to the Los Angeles Harbor Department, supporting major infrastructure and terminal modernization projects at the Port of Los Angeles, including the Port’s Marine Oil Terminal Engineering and Maintenance program, the Yusen Terminals improvement project, and the Terminal Island Maritime Support Facility.

RMM assisted the Harbor Department’s Environmental Management Division and consultant team in preparing a joint EIR/EIS under CEQA and NEPA for the expansion and related improvements of hte Everport/Evergreen terminals.

  • The Port of Los Angeles encompasses approximately 7,500 acres of land and water along 43 miles of waterfront.
